Illustration and Art
'the goal isn't to live forever - it's to create something that will.'a blog dedicated to my illustration and art, serving as a progressive log and a portfolio. many drawings are a work in progress and will be updated as I work on them. I will also post/reblog artists that inspire me and my own work. All art posted here is mine unless otherwise stated.

I got shit done! a commission for kodiak technical so yeaah don’t use it :)
rockabillymomma asked: Tag, you’re it! Here are the rules: Each tagged person must post ten things about themselves. You have to choose and tag ten people. Go to their blogs and tell them you tagged them. (:
Haha I’m not sure anyone wants to know ten things about me, but okay :)
I’m eighteen in three months, buying new nibs for my pen makes me weirdly happy, I prefer working traditional over digital any day, I’d secretly love to work somewhere like pixar doing concepts, I’m currently addicted to Bioshock, I’m going to Bournemouth (AUCB) uni in september, I am indeed part of a fellowship, this year has had more changes so far than any other, I am a hardcore procrastinator and I couldn’t draw if music didn’t exist.
progressss!

I’m working on a commission right now (exciting!!) and i’ve just been very busy, but I swear I’ll be uploading stuff soon! just as soon as I actually do it.
impressive embroidered portraits by Philadelphia-based artist Daniel Kornrumpf
I’m starting my Final Major Project tomorrow, so expect some development work :) I’ve decided to illustrate one of my favourite childhood books, ‘The Carnivorous Carnival’ by Lemony Snicket from the series of unfortunate events. I’ve only just started planning it so the rest is a bit vague, but I hope this to be the best work I’ve ever done by the end of the 9 weeks, so I’ll be updating this with work as I go. :)
first time using oil paints! loved ‘em, definitely using them again. for a project on gulliver’s tavels.
